Are your crystals ethically sourced?

Ethical sourcing is at the heart of Crescent Vibe. We work directly with small-scale miners and family-run workshops, ensuring fair wages and mindful practices that respect both the earth and its people.

How should I care for my crystals?

Most crystals thrive when regularly cleansed. You can place them under moonlight, use sage or palo santo smoke, or rinse them with water (check if your stone is water-safe first!). We include a small care guide with every shipment.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Our pieces are fragile, and while we take extreme care with packaging, accidents occasionally happen. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Can I visit your studio in Varanasi?

Our studio is currently a workspace dedicated to curation and shipping. We aren't open for public walk-ins, but we do occasionally host private viewings. You can contact us for more information.
